Representatives of all 6 Mi-Hy partners launched the project in Brussels, Belgium on November 16th and 17th. Mi-Hy participants discussed their future plans for the next 4 years on how to bring microbial fuel cells and hydroponics together to transform waste water into electric energy and fertilizers for hydroponic crop plants. The meeting took place at CIVA, a museum, archive and collections centre, library, meeting and mediation place and forum for discussion on architecture, landscape, urban planning and ecosystems.
